Countries selected previously had no LEED buildings
Washington, D.C. — (Sept. 16, 2014) — The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) announced today that 12 countries now have their very first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified building. Previously, LEED did not exist in these countries.
